These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between laky91 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the laky91 online gaming platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, payment features, and customer support services (collectively, "the Platform").

• You have not previously had a laky91 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

laky91 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence issued by Pakistani authorities or any internationally recognised government body.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on laky91. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances derived from bonus funds.

When registering your laky91 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. laky91 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laky91 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

laky91 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances are maintained in PKR. The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. laky91 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered in the Player's legal name and to suspend the associated laky91 account pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same laky91 account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. laky91 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds.

Funds held in your laky91 account are kept in segregated accounts separate from the Company's own operating funds. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected under the terms of the applicable gaming licence held by the Company.

laky91 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General rules applicable to all laky91 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• laky91 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• laky91 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments pending identity verification where KYC documentation has not been submitted or cleared.

laky91 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any given time. All promotional offers are made at the Company's sole discretion and are subject to change without prior notice.

All games available on the laky91 Platform — including casino table games, slot titles, live dealer games, bingo fishing, arcade games, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The results of all games are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by the Company or any third party.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laky91 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's code or game engines.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker, or any other game format.
• Using the laky91 Platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits with your bank or payment provider after those funds have been used on the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to review, and access may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. laky91 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to prohibited conduct by Players.

The Company recognises that while the vast majority of players engage with laky91 purely for entertainment purposes, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviours. laky91 takes this seriously and has built a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools directly into the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered laky91 Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your laky91 account.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the total losses you are prepared to sustain over a defined period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laky91 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, or account restrictions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or corruption of data, including account history, transaction records, or game round data, caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit laky91's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Company's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, laky91 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including real-money funds, in accordance with the applicable gaming licence conditions and as permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which laky91 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through laky91's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Before escalating any dispute to formal arbitration, Players are required to submit a written complaint to laky91 via the support team. laky91 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days. The internal complaints process must be exhausted before any external dispute resolution mechanism is invoked.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
